These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of asanadmd.com (the "Site"), operated by Asanad MD. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The content of this Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See our Medical Disclaimer for important additional information.
Use of this Site, including submission of the consultation form, does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Dr. Kian Asanad or Asanad MD. A doctor-patient relationship is established only after an in-person evaluation and explicit acceptance of patient status by the practice.

All medical content, photographs of Dr. Kian Asanad, the ASANAD MD wordmark, and practice-specific branding are the property of Asanad MD. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
The visual design, layout, code architecture, custom illustrations, and creative direction of this Site were created by Tay Design Co ("Designer") and remain the intellectual property of the Designer. The Designer grants Asanad MD a license to use these design elements for the operation of asanadmd.com. The Designer retains the right to display the Site in its portfolio and marketing materials.
References to third-party products and brands (including Coloplast® Titan®, Bioflex®, AMS 800®, Xiaflex®, RestoreX®, LEV+LIV®, and others) are the trademarks of their respective owners. References on this Site are for descriptive purposes only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation beyond what is explicitly stated.
Tay Design Co provided design and development services only. The Designer is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice. The Designer is not responsible for: (a) the accuracy, completeness, or currency of medical content on the Site; (b) any patient outcome, treatment decision, or consequence arising from reliance on Site content; (c) FDA compliance for any medical device referenced on the Site; (d) HIPAA compliance of the Site's data handling beyond what was specified in the design scope; (e) ongoing maintenance, updates, or content moderation of the Site unless explicitly contracted to provide such services.

By submitting any information through the consultation form, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. You grant Asanad MD a non-exclusive license to use submitted information for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Effective Date" at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
