This Privacy Policy describes how Asanad MD ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit asanadmd.com (the "Site") or submit information through this website. This Site is operated for informational and consultation-request purposes only.
When you submit the Request a Consultation form, we collect: name, email address, telephone number, date of birth (optional), reason(s) for visit, insurance status, and any information you include in free-text fields.
Our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically collects standard server access logs, including: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps. This information is used for security, troubleshooting, and aggregate analytics.
This Site uses minimal cookies. Embedded third-party content (such as YouTube video thumbnails and Google Fonts) may set cookies when you interact with them, governed by the respective provider's privacy policy.
Important: Information submitted through this website is not protected by HIPAA until a doctor-patient relationship is established.
